Update the Copyright notice

With this theme, you can change the “Copyright” name in the footer. By default, it’s setup to show this:

You can change only the “Your Name” part, but it cannot contain HTML code, otherwise the customizer will strip it out. If you need to change this copyright line to something completely different, you will need to use a child theme to make that kind of modification by copying the “footer.php” file over to your child theme and then make the changes there.

Change Your Copyright Name

1. Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Site Options
2. Look for the “Your Copyright Name” setting and then make your change
   
3. Click “Save & Publish“
