Invalid Licence

Moved to a new host and reinstalled shaped pixels , went to my purchase history and just in case, deactivated my website then reactivated it. Tried to put in the Premium licence key and it keeps coming back as ” License keys do not match ” , Its the same if i put shaped Pixels licence key in.

Also after copying and pasting a key and then activating it it also shows a shortened version of the licence key.

Any help on this is appreciated

Just as an add too. Tried again and it took the licence key but says an error occured and licence status is unknown
